If you’re a worker, it’s hugely beneficial and highly recommended that you join a trade union, This will give you support should any workplace issues arise, solidarity with colleagues in your sector and provide you with a community of fellow workers, standing up proudly for each other’s rights. However, union membership is not limited to those currently employed. You can also join a housing union, for example, if you are not currently working.

Below, you’ll find information on a wide variety of unions in Ireland available for you to join.

Email emma@dcusu.ie if you have any questions about joining a union.
