The University has a procedure for students that wish to lodge complaints. This procedure may be used to complain about any aspect of the academic,administrative or student support services provided by the University.
It cannot be used to complain about the following however:
- Grievances related to personal harassment or bullying
- Appeals of grades for examinations or assessments
- Complaints about the Students’ Union
- Appeals against decisions taken by the Disciplinary Committee
- Complaints about Campus Companies
